During Mobility C1 We visited the blackcurrant syrup factory, where we were informed that Poland is the largest producer of blackcurrants in Europe. We tasted different flavors of syrups and were shown around the factory and acquainted with the technological process of producing syrup, liqueur and wine. Then we visited Fallot - a mustard factory where we were re-acquainted with the mustard production process and we were offered tasting of various flavors. Upon their return, the teachers had lunch at the Port of Decize.
